Great apartament in the Center of Timișoara

The apartment is located in the most beautiful part of the city center, very close( 50 meters) to the Union Square. There are lots of restaurant nearby but it was quiet during the night so we slept very well. Also, the apartment is nicely decorated and there was nothing missing for us to have a perfect stay. The owners were friendly and they even allowed us an early check in.

Un sejur reușit

Locația, chiar în centrul orașului. Bucătărie utilata bine, pat moale, camere spațioase, televizoare cu ecran foarte mare, frigider, liniște, gazda foarte amabilă.

În baie ar fi fost bine să găsim suport de hârtie igienică, cuier pentru agățat prosoape, la duș ar fi fost util să avem un suport pentru săpun sau șampon , dar la prețul dat pentru cameră totul a fost mulțumitor.

Parfait!

Magnifique appartement en plein centre du vieux Timisoara, une vraie perle bien équipée et confortable. J'ai énormément apprécié l'agencement magnifique et la machine à café à grain mise à disposition. Arrivée très facile grâce aux indications précises et à la boîte à clé. Le check-out à 12h00 m'a permis de profiter d'une matinée tranquille à l'intérieur de ce cocon que je recommande à tous! J'ai lu les commentaires concernant l'entrée de l'immeuble, mais franchement, de mon point de vue, il n'y a rien à dire à ce sujet, c'est un vieux bâtiment, mais c'est justement là tout son charme!!

Je cherche encore et je ne trouve pas... ;)

Excelent cu siguranță o să revenim

Un apartament spațios, foarte curat și frumos decorat, bine localizat în cetatea aproape de pietonalele și piețele cu restaurante, apartamentul arată exact ca în poze, propietarul drăguț și ne-a ajutat cu informații despre locație și parcare.

Ca nu am stat mai multe nopți

Apartamentul merită, păcat de imprejurimi

Ai tot ce-ți trebuie in locație și este foarte aproape de tot ce vrei in centrul vechi, curat și cochet

Apartamentul e foarte fain dar curtea , holul, toate părțile comune ale imobilului (nu e vina proprietarului) arată cum nu ai vrea (mizerie, mirosuri de la bucătăriile restaurantelor, întuneric). Sâmbătă noaptea la pub ul de dedesubt a fost ceva party și a fost o gălăgie de nedescris până la ora 3 noaptea

O clădire cu multă istorie!!

Mi-a plăcut amplasarea, clădirea in care se află... in exterior!! Locație ff bună pentru un vizitator al obiectivelor turistice din oraș!!

Nu am avut lângă pat nicio sursă de lumină, nici veioză, nici un led.......cum se obișnuiește la hotel! Nu am găsit usor usa din curtea interioară, un adevărat labirint......... ciudat, f ciudat!!

Locația super centrală , poziționată bine . Curat , spațios , mobilată cu gust , foarte frumoasă .

Nu există aer condiționat, este la etajul 2 , nu poți respira în apartament . Curtea interioară foarte murdară , până ajungi la apartament totul este vechi, murdar , acesta a fost cea mai urata partea a sejurului .

O ședere plăcută în miezul Timișoarei

Amplasarea apartamentului e perfectă: în centrul orașului, aproape de majoritatea locurilor interesante, în care organizează evenimente, și de restaurante. Dimensiunile apartamentului sunt generoase, espressorul face treabă foarte bună, presiunea apei de la duș e ok, chicineta e dotată cu tot ce ți-ar putea fi de folos.

Izolația fonică nu e pe măsura zgomotului de pe stradă, nu a existat săpun la baie (doar două flacoane micuțe cu gel de duș), iar vara este foarte cald în apartament (aerotermele nu fac față).

Appartement très bien situé

Localization: très proche de tout, juste à côté de Piata Unirii. Très propre, spacieux, belle hauteur sous plafond, bien équipé, bien rénové et décoré. Petite cuisine bien équipée. Propriétaire sympa, avenant. Je suis restée 10 jours et j’étais bien dedans.

WiFi qui s’est déconnecte tous les 5 minutes, obligée de me connecter sur mon téléphone pour pouvoir faire la visioconférence à deux reprises. Le propriétaire est intervenu vite, mais, malheureusement il n’a pas réussi à résoudre le problème. Il manquait la possibilité de mettre des chemises sur cintres, cela pourrait être installé sans forcément mettre un placard si cela n’est pas souhaitable… L’immeuble est très vieux, mais l’appartement est bien rénové, une fois dedans on oublie la vétusté. Situé au 2eme étage sans ascenseur, pour les valises lourdes c’est compliqué…

Foarte frumos, cu siguranta vom reveni

Totul a fost excelent. Locatia este fix in centru, am gasit parcare la 50m de locatie. Patul si canapeaua sunt foarte confortabile, totul este curat, aerisit, amenajat cu foarte mult bun gust si eleganta.
