The host was very kind and accommodating, allowing for an extremely late check out which eased our travel day significantly! She had left breakfast items and many coffee pods for us, alongside products for the shower etc. The property was absolutely beautiful! Everything you might need in an apartment, including great location, this property had. Genuinely wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Modica!

This property is without breakfast, but the place is well equipped with all the amenities. TV, Microwave oven, Hob. Fridge, Kettle and even a coffee machine, cutlery, pots, glasses and even a washing machine, clothes Iron and clothes horse. We made breakfast and felt were at home. It is an incredible set up. Comfortable double bed. Superb lighting. Very good hand and overhead shower. Good hot water supply. The top the iceberg was the owner as she went out of her her to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you so much Mariavita. Deeply appreciated.

We are 74 years old and would have preferred this setup with no stairs access. But having said that, and after staying 4 nights we got used to it. It did us good as helped us to keep fit, with all the rich food we ate. After dinner in the restaurant close by, the walk did us a lot of good.
