Cozy, well designed interior space, small usable kitchen space, great communication.
This is a general dislike about Modica, including the property- so many steps up very steep hills.

Molto carino, ben arredato e completo di tutto, lavatrice ,piano cottura macchinetta del caffè.
Il letto matrimoniale è posizionato sul soppalco, si raggiunge con una scaletta un po’ ripida, Il bagno e la zona giorno rimane fredda nonostante il riscaldamento acceso.
