Die Wohnung im 1.Stock: gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, kleines Wohnesszimmer, 1 Schlafzimmer. Alles in gutem Zustand, das Bad frisch renoviert. Die Lage ist gut für Reisende, die ihr Gepäck über Treppen oder steile Wege transportieren können. Der vorgeschlagene Parkplatz ich gut.
Das 2. „Schlafzimmer“ ist im Dachstock und hat eine sehr niedrigen Stehhöhe. Da konnte ich mit 1.65 cm fast nirgends aufrecht stehen. Dieses Zimmer dürfte nicht als normales Schlafzimmer angegeben werden. Es hat zwar ein Bad, aber auch da konnte ich vor dem Lavabo nicht aufrecht stehen. Kopf anschlagen war inbegriffen….

L'abitazione è tenuta bene e di recente ristrutturazione, ha tutti i confort ed elettrodomestici (incluso in tutte le stanze il condizionatore). Sofia l'host è stata molto gentile e cordiale e veloce nelle risposte. La posizione della casa è ottima ed è vicina ad un parcheggio molto comodo e che si trova sempre posto. La struttura si trova vicinissima al centro di modica.

Appartamento molto carino e curato.
Buona posizione, vicino alla via centrale di Modica (Corso Umberto I).
Bella vista sui tetti di Modica vecchia.
Di difficile accesso per disabili (molte scale dal parcheggio all'appartamento).
Alcuni piccoli difetti riscontrati: sedia soggiorno rotta, poltroncina prima camera bucata, miscelatori bidet da manutenzionare (schizzano con forte pressione acqua).
Appartamento adatto, a mio parere, solo a famiglia con due adulti e bambini in quanto il soffitto della seconda camera (mansardata) è molto basso.
