The house is located on the edge of the old Modica and new Modica Sorda which makes it a great base for exploring. The apartment is very well-equipped for a short or long stay and scrupulously clean.
initially it felt hot but it’s made of stone so cooled down quickly as the sun fell. there is effective air conditioning available if required so this is not a problem.
