On check out have to get up and down for the parking remote. Gate did not open automatically from inside. Nothing to do with the host. Brilliant stay

Just an Instagrammable apartment, not comfortable for staying

Condition of the apartment: • Looks much worse in reality than in pictures • Signs of heavy use and parties: scratched walls, broken shelves, cracked mirror, and other visible damage Cleanliness: • Dust on furniture, spider webs, overall poor cleaning • White socks turned gray after walking inside Comfort & facilities: • Feels like no one actually lives here, just staged for photos • Missing basics: no towel hooks, no dishwasher, poor ventilation • Bedroom has no windows or air conditioning • Living room has no window blinds Sleeping arrangements: • Description mentions two sleeping options (bedroom + sofa) • No bed linen provided for the sofa ⸻ Our conclusion Design: (10/10) Comfort: (3/10) Cleanliness: (2/10) Price vs. Quality: (2/10)

In overall it was a nice place to spend the night, lots of open space, check-in was super easy, owner was communicative

It would’ve definitely need more cleaning, there was dust and some dead bugs and kitchenware wasn’t the cleanest.

Beauty is not enough. Absolutely not ready for guests.

The apartment is beautiful and cozy, has a good parking, but..

There’s a coffee machine without beans, who brings a palm of coffee BEANS together for a night? Not even any tea bag. There were no rubbish bins not even in the kitchen. No tv, no music player or speaker. In some places floor was not cleaned. It means when you come to this apartment don’t expect anything more, just bed and shower.

Comfortable short stay in Kaunas.

Self check-in is completely autonomous with many codes. The location is very good - easily accessible, no traffic jams. Parking is next to the building, so no need to worry. Small grocery store (Iki) 50 meters away. Beautiful interior, comfortable living room sofa. And of course - the view from the window :)

Although the view from the window is amazing, it would be nice to have curtains in the bedroom - the nights are short in the summer: it gets dark late and dawns early. A little lack of cleanliness: some dust remains. A little complicated lighting control.

Położenie na 7. Piętrze i ogromne okno zamiast ściany z widokiem na panoramę miasta. Parking wliczony w cenę. Styl mieszkania. Wyposażenie. Luksusowy apartament, nadaje się na dłuższy pobyt.

W sumie tylko 2 rzeczy: rzutnik zamiast telewizora, ale jeśli ktoś nastawiony głównie na spędzanie czasu poza domem to mała niedogodność. Druga rzecz to niewygodne poduszki i tylko jedna kołdra. Innych problemów nie było.

Butas įrengtas šiuolaikiškai, patogiai, jaukiai. Ypatingai patiko vaizdai pro langą, iš 7-o aukšto atsivėrė puiki Kauno panorama. Lova plati, komfortabili. Visai įdomiai žiūrėjosi per projektorių, puiki idėja vietoj TV. Tikrai norėtųs grįžti🌼

Für hippe Leute ideal, für uns passte es leider nicht

Die Aussicht ist klasse. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung besitzt Stil. Der dazugehörige bewachte Parkplatz war uns eine große Hilfe. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Nähe zum Zentrum zählen zu den Vorteilen, sowie die tolle Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Die Wohnung ist leider etwas abgewohnt und die Lichtanlage bedarf einer Bedienungsanleitung! Ich hätte mir auch eine schriftliche Einweisung gewünscht, wir haben leider den Müllplatz nicht gefunden.
