Nice apartment

Nice and clean, bright apartment, we stayed four people and were comfortable.

As it is a city centre, it was very noisy on the saturday night due to revving motorcycles. Also do not recommend the underground parking if your car is a longer one.

Some major problems should be solved

Bright, spacious, clean apartment in a good location.

During our visit we had few major problems - the smell and hot water. The smell I felt immediately as I stepped in to apartment, it came from bathroom/toilet. While taking a shower I felt like I'm participating in a race. First morning I did not manage to finish showering in a warm water so I had to stop with shampoo in my hair and to wait until we have hot water again. I communicated this issue to the owners and I was explained that there is a boiler in the apartment therefore warm water finishes at some point. I understand that but it is two bedrooms apartment which can accommodate at least 4 people. We were only two people and second one always had to wait for a warm water. Smaller things - there were only one glass for a wine (again, in the apparent which can accommodate 4 people). I informed the owners about that and got a reply that probably cleaning lady did not notice that and they cannot bring us new glasses, they apologise for inconvenience. I reminded them that we are staying in the apartment for 4 nights and maybe they could find a possibility to get those glasses. As a solution I was offered to buy few glasses in the shop close by for the 8 euros which normally I should leave as a city tax. Well... for sure it is better than nothing and I did buy new glasses, but to be honest I had mixed feelings about that 😁 I don't remember I would be employed by the owners to do shopping for them and glasses for 8 euros - that's a challenge! It is good I found glasses with 40% discount. And the smallest thing, everything was disconnected when we arrived so we had to figure out how to put tv on, to wait until fridge will start cooling etc. I would prefer not to spend time on that. To sum it up, it is ok apartment but owners should solve at least major problems as it is nothing what you expect from the apartment which claims to be luxury.

Convenient and warm apartment in the old town

Very great location. Near to the Town Hall where there is Christmas Market. Super warm and cosy apartment with heated floors! The toilet is super warm too even though it's snowing outside. Basement carpark is a saviour in the snowy weather

Pillows too soft. Drain smell in the toilet. But these are small things to us as we prioritise warmth

It was clean and the apartment was beautifully designed. Quiet first bedroom.

It was quite difficult to get to the appartement. Bed was not ready and it was very difficult to find blankets ( they were locked in suitcase under the bed). Staff was not very helpful.

Good

The location is great with secured parking, very clean and tidy and very large. Although it looks like a lot written in what we didnt like by comparison that is only 3 points and suggestions. The actual place was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. If the heating and windows issue was sorted this would be perfect.

The heating for the property did not seem to be working and meant that it was pretty cold during this time of the year. Clearer instructions would have been beneficial. In the end we used electric heaters found in the wardrobe. There are also no blinds or curtains on any of the windows meaning that it is very bright especially in the morning with no chance to sleep past sunrise. Finally whilst there were two beds, only the smaller bed was made up. Due to contacting the venue about the heating issue we were told about the sheets for the larger bed that we could then make up.

Awful and please avoid

Absolutely nothing. We send our children away to their grandparents. So they didn't have to suffer this. And they wanted to charge extra for this. Shame on you!

When you book you get instructions for the key or you can pay 40 euros for a meet-up. We didn't opt for the meet-up as the instructions for the key were clear (and honestly who charges 40 euros for a check-in). When we entered, no instructions for the wi-fi (go treasure hunt and find the hidden box) and fridge turned off (which is very useful, when you arrive with food). Clearly making a point: you didn't pay the 40 euro, hospitality zero and figure it all out yourself. When you call them exact zero help. The only thing they hear is that there are 2 children (although booked, it was somehow not in their system) and they need to charge more than 200 euro extra before they lift a finger. Shameless people doing their rip-off and scam. It is not clean. On first sight yes, however when you put your clothes on a clothing rack, they come of black. Full of dust. Towels dirty and blankets dirty. Sofa dirty with stains. Just a blanket to cover it off. Dishwasher also dirty. Spiders everywhere, it is not even funny. You look up, you see a spider. You look at a painting, you see a spider. You look at the floor and see a big one running under the cupboard. It is awful hot. It was only 25 degrees outside, but inside reaching nearly 30 degrees. No blinds for the windows or any airco/ventilation. It is a roof unit, so it gets all the sun there is. Just a crappy 5 euro fan in the room. That is a joke. Opening windows also not much of an option or you can go on top of spider hunting, wasp hunting. You should not rent this out in the summer, it is inhumane to let people stay in this oven without any possibility to cool it down. Temperature in the night would drop to 28 degrees... And to top of the frustration you go up and see that the roof is full of airco units of other apartments. Greedy Scammers!!! To finish: barely waterpreasure in the shower and very noisy from the outside
