Nice and clean, bright apartment, we stayed four people and were comfortable.
As it is a city centre, it was very noisy on the saturday night due to revving motorcycles. Also do not recommend the underground parking if your car is a longer one.

Very spacious and everything you need for everyday life. Very convenient lift from or to the underground garage next to the flat. I am staying for the second time and already booked a third stay.
Bit confusing to get to the flat first time, but after that easy. The instruction was very clear.

Bright, spacious, clean apartment in a good location.
During our visit we had few major problems - the smell and hot water. The smell I felt immediately as I stepped in to apartment, it came from bathroom/toilet.
While taking a shower I felt like I'm participating in a race. First morning I did not manage to finish showering in a warm water so I had to stop with shampoo in my hair and to wait until we have hot water again. I communicated this issue to the owners and I was explained that there is a boiler in the apartment therefore warm water finishes at some point. I understand that but it is two bedrooms apartment which can accommodate at least 4 people. We were only two people and second one always had to wait for a warm water.
Smaller things - there were only one glass for a wine (again, in the apparent which can accommodate 4 people). I informed the owners about that and got a reply that probably cleaning lady did not notice that and they cannot bring us new glasses, they apologise for inconvenience. I reminded them that we are staying in the apartment for 4 nights and maybe they could find a possibility to get those glasses. As a solution I was offered to buy few glasses in the shop close by for the 8 euros which normally I should leave as a city tax. Well... for sure it is better than nothing and I did buy new glasses, but to be honest I had mixed feelings about that 😁 I don't remember I would be employed by the owners to do shopping for them and glasses for 8 euros - that's a challenge! It is good I found glasses with 40% discount.
And the smallest thing, everything was disconnected when we arrived so we had to figure out how to put tv on, to wait until fridge will start cooling etc. I would prefer not to spend time on that.
To sum it up, it is ok apartment but owners should solve at least major problems as it is nothing what you expect from the apartment which claims to be luxury.

We asked owner to cancel one day,because our friends offered as go to the lake with overnight camping,and was refused to cancel one day.
