EXCEPTIONAL. I WOULD LOVE TO OWN IT

The Studio was just perfect. It was so good that I WOULD LOVE TO OWN IT. That's the highest praise I can give. Everything was just perfect for me. I was a solo traveler on this visit but I will decently return with my wife next time. The owner has Thot of everything.

Great place and great experience

Perfect place, we were very happy that we chose it. Clean and new, there is an elevator and parking in the building, the apartment is not large but carefully planned, a comfortable kitchen equipped with kitchen utensils, spices, oil and everything you need. There is a washing machine, the shower is luxurious, the bed is comfortable, and the fact that there is a screen that is a projector was also a good experience. Central but quiet location. The owner of the place is charming and sent us recommendations for places. There is a dishwasher and air conditioning, we didn't lack anything and we were very satisfied.

Perfect stay in good location!

Nice and cosy, clean and of modern design studio-apartment with perfect equipment. You will find everything you need for comfortable stay- for cooking and hygiene use (even spices, cooking oil (sweets and ice-cream as a lovely surprise form the host :-), shampoo, soap etc. ), comfortable bed, a huge screen for Netflix movies to enjoy on rainy days. The location is close to main attractions and restaurants of Old Town and Laisves avenue. Very polite and helpful host. Easy access and detailed instructions.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Der Beamer ein großes Highlight der Wohnung. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Vermieter immer freundliche und hilfsbereit. Informationen wirklich schnell und einfach übermittelt. Parkplatz kostenfrei - großer Pluspunkt!!!!

Puikios atostogos patogioj lokacijoj

Nustebino ir patiko, kad apartamentuose buvo visos reikiamos priemonės, kurių net viešbučiuose nebūna. Turbūt nieks nesitiki rasti apartamentuose dušo želė ir šampūną ar netgi plaukų laką ir panašaus tipo reikmenų, o čia buvo visko ir dar daugiau. Maisto mes aišku negaminome, bet jei būtum tai darę, visos sąlygos tam buvo sureiktos. Kitaip tariant apartamentuose jausiesi viskuo aprūpintas ir dar paragausi saldanių :). Lokacija puiki.

New York Vibes in Kaunas: modern, zentral, Wohlfühlfaktor sehr hoch

Das Apartment ist modern, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles war makellos sauber und die zentrale Lage ist unschlagbar. Es hat uns mit seinem einzigartigen Flair echte New York Vibes vermittelt, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an extrem wohlgefühlt haben. Der Gastgeber hat wirklich an alles gedacht: Geschirr, Kaffee, Tee, Öl, Gewürze, Shampoo und vieles mehr – alles ist vorhanden und perfekt vorbereitet. Die Lage des Apartments ist hervorragend. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und der Bus zum Flughafen (ca. 40 Minuten Fahrtzeit) hält fast direkt vor der Tür – ein großer Vorteil für Reisende. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Möglichkeit, den Abend gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen, indem wir einen Film über den Beamer auf der Leinwand geschaut haben. Man kann entweder schnell einen Account erstellen oder Inhalte direkt vom Handy streamen – auch in der eigenen Sprache. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist jedoch die Lautstärke der Lautsprecher: Für eine echte Kinoatmosphäre könnten sie etwas lauter eingestellt sein. Ein weiteres Highlight war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Die Check-in-Anweisungen waren detailliert und unkompliziert, sodass der kontaktlose Check-in reibungslos verlief. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundlich, antwortet schnell und steht jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung – sei es zu Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Transfers. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Komfort, Stil und eine zentrale Lage suchen!
