The location. Washer and dryer. Fridge. Spacious rooms. Hot water. Safe.
The apartment was not clean. Stains on stuff and quite dusty. Unfinished repairs in walls. No sound insulation, could hear all the walking above us and outside room. Closet door would not even open all the way so we didn't use it. Bed was very uncomfortable.

The condo was clean, up to date, and quiet! The bed was comfortable. The condo also included everything we needed to accommodate our stay!
The gated parking was an added bonus! We didn’t have to worry about our car being parked in the street - at no extra cost may I add!
Check-in was also easy!
Nothing we didn’t like! Just want to say that our ac wasn’t working properly the second day we were there. However, after messaging the owners, they had someone there within half an hour to look at it and fix it for us.
The customer service was excellent!
If you are looking for a very short walk to downtown, you may want to find something a little closer. But if you don’t mind a little walk (about 25 minutes from Broadway), this is a great location! On the plus side, you don’t have all the noise of downtown.

Parking garage was nice. Rental unit was clean
I never received my check in code so I had to call the number on the email. The unit looked like it was installed by people who didn’t own a tape measure. Flooring was off, walls were crooked, paint was on the floors. Way overpriced
