The Neighborhood:
There are so many places within walking distance of our building in Music Row! Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. I would suggest you look up Nashville Guru and look at Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods. You will see pictures and be able to look at shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying.
Getting Around:
We are walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars! Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way! For the bold and adventurous, we recommend the dockless Lime scooters, which is how we travel :)
Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

I stayed at this property for 14 nights while waiting to move into a new home in the area. There are so many good things to say about this apartment! Location was *great* - one block off Music Row but even better, across the street from an old college [Scarritt Bennett i think?]. The green space of the college is available to walk through and the grounds are really pretty. That was a bonus! Also, you can walk to coffee shops, Panera and Dunkin Donuts 2 blocks away. The apartment itself was very comfortable, although i would have liked to have seen a bit more kitchen ‘gear’ but I made it work. The bed was comfy, couch was also comfortable.Indoor parking parking? YES PLEASE! For being in ‘downtown’, the street and area was really very quiet. I walked my dog at all hours of day and night and felt perfectly safe.The outdoor courtyard was really nice to have. I sat out there a few times with my dog and my laptop.Lastly, the management company was very responsive and easy to work with, always a bonus!I would highly recommend this place!

Parking was confusing and because we forgot to return the plastic parking pass we now need to mail it back with a tracking code to avoid 200 fee. Very inconvenient - just use disposable paper parking slips. The room was very nice and great location. Responses to our questions were quick. Would recommend
