Guest has access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities.
The Neighborhood:
There are so many places within walking distance of our building in Music Row! Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. I would suggest you look up Nashville Guru and look at Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods. You will see pictures and be able to look at shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying.
Getting Around:
Despite our free parking spot, a car is not needed! We are walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars! Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way! For the bold and adventurous, we recommend the dockless Lime scooters, which is how we travel :)
Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

My stay was overall good. The communication with vrbo was good, although at times there was a lag in response time but generally answered all my questions. They were especially great when I arrived after midnight from the airport and were very helpful getting me in the building. The key-less locks are a nice touch. I also really appreciated the filtered water pitcher provided in the fridge. The apartment was the perfect amount of space for me. The kitchen was fully equipped, although the coffee maker had no coffee pods. Not sure if that was included. It was fine for me because I don't use coffee pods. The one main thing that wasn't great is that the apartment could use a very deep clean. The basics were covered, like nice clean sheets and towels and countertops cleaned. But one night I was boiling water in the tea kettle and the burner started smoking. I then tried all the burners and they all smoked to the point I set off the smoke alarm. When I looked more closely, there was so much grease on the coils and inside the burners from previous tenets' cooking which seemed like that had been there for a long time. It was a bit shocking. I did clean what I could so as not to set off the smoke alarm but there wasn't heavy duty cleaning supplies available. The other thing was the shelves in the bathroom were rusted. Maybe not metal shelving in the bathroom? Something more water resistant? Overall the place is cute but really needs a deep clean.
