Impressively quiet location. Adorable apartment equipped with bathroom amenities, kitchen and laundry supplies, and coffee condiments. Very comfortable bedding/pillows. Elevator access. Friendly/helpful cleaning staff on premises. Kind communication when needing to contact Cozy Suites.
Safety bar on door frame not screwed in appropriately (all 3 screws loose). Needs to be securely fastened into the door frame for customer safety and peace of mind. Transparency relative to pet policy/fee at time of booking, not after the customer pays and is thereafter given a policy that they are required to sign for this no-cancellations-allowed booking. Transparency so the customer understands BEFORE they hand over their money.
