Location in Music Row was excellent - a few minutes walk from multiple bars, music venues and eateries. Added bonus if being about a 1/2 hour walk to the Broadway strip - Just far enough to be out of the hustle, bustle & commercialisation but close enough to enjoy. Communication from the host was excellent & the apartment was very modern & newish.
Not much to complain about at all - perhaps the only negative thing was the pressure from the shower head being quite poor (maybe a water supply issue?), but I did mention this to the host & they were going to have a look & resolve.

Loved how clean the apartment was, and stocked the kitchen was. Liked that they had a parking garage under the apartments, and gated. Very quiet and peaceful, so much nicer then a noisy hotel. The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood not busy at all. We could absolutely stay they again and again it is that nice and clean. Kitchen is full stocked for cooking there. Also has washer and dryer, and a dishwasher, very nice.
The shower pressure was horrible 😫 you really need to fix that bad and in a hurry. Also once the tub is wet it is so slippery it is dangerous, differently not for the elderly by any means. I didn't sleep good in the bed, it was to hard for me so slept on the couch, but I have to have a soft bed. Now my husband loved the bed and slept great. Also would have been nice to have tv in the bedroom for resting and watching some tv. But the water pressure in the shower was the only biggest downfall of the whole place.

Really modern clean and spacious
My only complaint was that the address wasn’t very clear in n the booking.com website. I have never been to nashville and was travelling alone so when I got in my uber from the airport me and the driver both struggled to find the place.

Apartment was clean enough. Little kitchen was nicely equipped for a short stay. I liked there was a washer and dryer in the unit.
The bed was very low to the ground and not very comfortable. The bathtub was really bad. No way I would sit on that rib. Water pressure was low. We were only given one wash cloth and three towels for two people for 4 days. Apartment needs upgraded, the shelf above the toilet was rusting. Overall it has a lot of potential, but not up to standards.
