You will stay close to the beaches of La Jetée, Mauret and Betey. The ocean beaches are 15 minutes by car and La Presqu'ile du Cap Ferret 30 minutes.
The "Villa Yéyéyette" is a spacious family home, which can comfortably accommodate 8 people, it has an enclosed garden of 1300 m² in a quiet area with the cycle path 50 m away, the beach 5 minutes away, as well as local shops 2 steps away.
The house consists on the ground floor:
- A large living room opening onto the garden and the terrace with barbecue, a fully equipped American kitchen, 1 bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, and a WC.
Upstairs :
2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds), a bathroom with WC,
You will be able to drive the car into the garden.
