Come and breathe in the Arcachon basin, in Andernos les Bains, in our house, ideally designed and located for that.
Contemporary single-storey house which opens up to its living room thanks to a 3-meter pocket bay, onto a terrace and a garden shaded by hundred-year-old oaks with the sweet song of birds that accompanies it.

Located 15 minutes walk from the center, in a quiet and sought-after area, 500 m from the typical Betey beach, its coastal promenade and its port, at the end of a cul-de-sac with direct access to the cycle path.
Besides its location, our house is very recent. It has three bedrooms and a very large living room. It has all the comforts of a year-round home (flat screen TV, broadband internet, household appliances, etc.).
The bedding in the three bedrooms is new and of high quality.
Our 3 m pocket bay allows you to have a great light in our living room and the "impression" of living in the shaded garden.
