About this house rental
For rent new house of 85m ² located 800m from the beach and the city center, 2 minutes from bike paths.
It is an extremely quiet house, BBC, air conditioned, equipped with all the amenities for a good holiday.
The house is located next to the basin, near the fishing port and the forest of Saint-Brice-Les-Quinconces-Le-Coulin.
The house has on the ground floor: living room, kitchen, bedroom with TV, bathroom with toilet, terrace, garage
On the floor you will find a space games / relaxation, 2 rooms, room of bath, separated TOILET.
Count 9min to get to the beach and downtown on foot.
The location of the house allows you to do everything by bike or on foot. The Casino supermarket is 2 minutes walk away.
The location makes it possible to avoid the traffic jams of Andernos to go on the Cap Ferret or the Ocean.
The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
This clause is non-negotiable.
Linen option: Possible to provide bed linen and towels for 35 € / (bed + towels). Beach towels not provided.
Cleaning option: Provide in addition 40 € + 20 € / person for the household, to pay on the arrival and refundable at the end of the stay according to the state.
The house will have to be made with cleaned barbecue, clean and tidy kitchen, emptied and clean fridge, trash cans.
Please notify in advance if you choose one of the options.
Preference rental from Saturday 14h to Saturday 10h (or Sunday 14h to Sunday 10h), flexible schedules possible.

Right from arrival up to departure Vincent the owner was available to answer any questions, not just about the property, but the area and the effect of French Bank Holidays. His reccomendations on things to do, see and eat were absolutky great and spot on.
The property itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and quiet. Car parking is available outside the house.
All the equipment in the kitchen and house met every requirement.
Thank you Vincent for making our holiday such a treat and we will be back

Das Haus ist neu und ist von der Hauptstraße etwas zurück versetzt, sodass es nicht direkt an der Straße liegt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Zum Austerhafen sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Der Vermieter Vincent ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch als wir sehr viel später anreisen mussten, war dies kein Problem. Nochmal herzlichen Dank hierfür! Wir können das Objekt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
