About this villa rental
Thought in a very modern style, new villa, unique on Andernos, in a very quiet residential area, close to all the shops and the lively city center, with direct access to the bike paths.
You will take full advantage of the large spaces it offers (over 200m2 of living space):
- a living space (living room cathedral + large kitchen in the American style) of nearly 90 m²,
- 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
- a fifth bedroom / game room of 35 m²
Without forgetting of course the large heated pool (10x5m) (optional heating and depending on the outside temperature), secured by an electric shutter and lined with a 150m2 terrace ...
... all on a plot of over 1000m2
10 people will be very comfortable

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house, which was even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. The area around the house was very nice and calm; at the same time, there was only a short walk down to the shops and restaurants. The house was very clean, spacious and well equipped, we never lacked anything. And the communication with the host was very easy, he answered every question we had very fast. We absolutely would stay here again!

A great stay in a really beautiful area. The accommodation had all that we needed and the host and house keeper were contactable and helpful with any queries we had. The games room was a great hit with our kids. The common areas are open plan and can all be opened up to the outside to take advantage of the large pool. We'll certainly look to return in the future.

Communication with the host was superb from booking, pre arrival, during our stay and post stay! We couldn’t have asked for more.
The Villa itself was exactly as listed - great space, well equipped, pool was perfect and had everything the family needed.
Ideally located for the town for eating shopping and beach and only a short drive to get to local attractions - would recommend Arcachon, the Dune de Pilat is amazing! Bordeaux city and airport only 30/40 minutes away and Cap Ferret worth a look.
In summary excellent villa, location and host - we will be back!
