About this house rental
Family house with shaded terrace, secure swimming pool, enclosed garden of 400 m2 and parking.
Ideally located close to shops, restaurants, the oyster port, the city center. Everything is within walking distance, in a quiet area.
The beach of the basin is 300 metres away and the ocean is 15km away. There are many walks or bike rides: well-defined cycle paths in the city and the whole region, walks in the forest are very pleasant with their views in the Domaine des Quinconces, a preserved natural site that follows on from the oyster port.
The house is made up of:
First floor:
-Master suite including a bedroom with a double bed, dressing room, bathroom (double sink, extra large bathtub and shower).
-Separate toilet.
-Living room with sofa bed for 2 people.
-Convivial dining room with an open fireplace.
-Open kitchen and pantry.
Floor:
-A bedroom with double bed.
- A bedroom with two bunk beds.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Terrace:
-Swimming pool with self-regulating salt.
-Deckchairs.
-Bar.
-Table convertible up to 12 people.
It is possible to complete your reservation with optional bed linen and towels.

L'excellent accueil et la bonne prise en charge de ses hôtes, Sébastien a su nous mettre à l'aise.
Très bien située, la maison est grande, spacieuse, d'une propreté irréprochable. La piscine est plus grande que sur la photo. Nous avons tous adoré ce séjour.

La villa est très bien située, à moins de 5 min à pieds du port ostréicole d'Andernos, et ça c'est top ! Il y'a même un Casino juste en face pour faire ses courses, ce qui est bien pratique. Revers de la médaille, elle est sur un boulevard, très passant de surcroit, donc on entend le bruit continu des voitures.
A savoir : Il y'a un vis-à-vis énorme, les voisins voient toute la terrasse et la piscine.
La maison est jolie, assez bien agencée (pour 2, c'était parfait, pour 10 en revanche, je ne sais pas...), et c'était propre. En revanche, il y'a le minimum en ustensiles, il manquait notamment le barbecue alors qu'il est indiqué dans l'annonce... nous avons dû en acheter un petit d'appoint.
Il est aussi urgent de changer la literie !! Les matelas sont mous, usés, les lits grincent (précision : ils font du 140*200). Nous avons préféré apporter notre linge car la somme demandée pour un jeu de draps (pour un lit double) + 2 serviettes de bain équivalait à 48 € !!!
Pour conclure, je dirais que les prestations fournies, comme la communication avec le propriétaire, donnaient une impression de service minimum, ce qui est bien dommage...
La maison ne donne pas envie d'y rester toute une journée, en mode farniente. Elle est plutôt pratique comme point d'ancrage.
