About this villa rental
Andernos is a lively city center with many shops and restaurants. It is a central point for

The house is located near the center (1km) and in a quiet area, in a dead end. At the end of the garden flows a stream and on the other side a large pine forest invites you to take quick walks or jog.
In 2018, Villa Mangane obtained the 4 * label by the approved organization Atout France.
PRESENTATION
Former summer camp, then local youth in the city of Andernos, this house has kept the habit of bringing pleasure to its summer guests.
Renovated by an architect, it offers modern services, while having kept the typical style of the Bassin huts.
The stream and the wood provide calm and privacy, without vis-à-vis, allowing you to fully enjoy the large terrace and the swimming pool.
This large house (200 m2) is located at the end of a dead end and you will not be bothered by any car traffic.
The large volume of the large room makes it a serene and friendly space.
DESCRIPTION GROUND FLOOR
- Large 100 m2 room with large LOFT type volumes. Stone floor.
Very bright thanks to its many openings and the glass triangle.
It combines a modern open kitchen, the living room and a beautiful common area.
It gives directly onto the terrace area and allows easy communication between inside and outside.
- Bedroom 1 (garden side): 160x200 bed - new bedding. Private shower area (large shower, double sinks, cupboards).
- Bedroom 2 (dead end side): 140x200 bed - recent bedding. Private bathroom (small shower, single sink).
- Cellar / Laundry room
FLOOR DESCRIPTION
Accessible by a large wooden staircase (secure for toddlers), the upstairs area presents itself with a mezzanine-type opening.
Two other bedrooms overlooking the garden guarantee you peaceful nights.
They share a bathroom with bathtub and double sink.
Children have an upstairs play area with a screen and DVD player.
OUTSIDE
- Large terrace of 140 m2 facing South-West.
- 10x4 m heated swimming pool (28 ° c). Safety ensured by an integrated roller shutter (key contact). Depth from 1.20 m to 1.60 m. Submerged bench
- Sun protection by a pergola for the dining area and a large parasol for the garden furniture.

SITUATION
In the center of Andernos, 3 minutes from the Intermarché by car, 5 minutes from the city center and the pier, 5 minutes from the family beach of Betey (very suitable for children), 7 minutes from oyster port, 20 minutes from ocean beaches or the Cap-Ferret peninsula.
We will provide you with a book with all the activities and visits to do to make the most of your stay.
RATE PLAN
Plan a cleaning fee of 100 €: it is the certainty of arriving in a clean house and the time saved on your vacation upon departure. The tourist tax is included.
Household linen is provided (sheets, pillow cases, hand towels). Bring your beach towels.

On the whole it was a good stay, however there are few things to note: The dishwasher was broken and was mended only the day before we left. However the TV did not work for the entire stay which was a little annoying as the weather was not great - would have been good to be able to watch a film. Nobert was excellent, very communicative and friendly and tried to do everything to get these things fixed. Also to note that the ensuite bathrooms do not have toilets! (English thing I know but should be clearer in the description). Lastly, it should be noted there would be a cleaning charge, payble at the end of the stay. It was embarrasing for us at the end as we did not know about this.

Villa Manta is a beautiful and modern open plan house in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The house is modern , clean and has more than enough equipment and accessories for any duration of stay. The house is about 1.5 km from the centre of town and everywhere is in walking distance with a lot of cycle paths nearby. The town itself is a beautiful mature seaside town with plenty of shops and restaurants, it was still early in the season ( mid June ) for our stay so things were probably a little quieter than later in the season.
The property itself is excellent and very well maintained, it has a modern kitchen with all necessary appliances and a number of TVs. Outside is a great decked recreation area with a flat top Barbeque and an outdoor dining area with pergola. The real great amenity is the heated swimming pool with a deck area and loungers which is very private. The hosts were great with a number of e Mail communications showing great flexibility and hospitality and the caretaker then made contact and was ready when we arrived. He handed over the property efficiently and a small problem with the pool was addressed within 30 minutes when he called a technician to attend and fix. We had an early flight departure & the caretaker made himself available very early for the hand back of the property in a pleasant and efficient manner. All in all it’s a great property, with excellent hosts (and caretaker) in a a super location, our only regret is we couldn’t stay for a second week.

Komplette Empfehlung ohne Abstriche; sehr schönes Haus, super Pool, sehr nette Vermieter und sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort (Bonjour a Myriam) und auch eine perfekte ruhige Lage.
Fahrräder wären noch toll in der Gegend, das nächste Mal würden wir uns welche mieten.
Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!
