Holiday house on a 1000m² garden with trees, fully fenced, in a quiet and pleasant area. Close to amenities, shops, town center, it is located 800m from Betey beach. The cycle track, 150m away, allows you to cycle to the city center or to stroll along the water.
The house has two outdoor terraces, one covered, the other under the trees. Tables and deckchairs, barbecue and plancha will allow you to enjoy the calm of the garden.

3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with two bunk beds. Sheets and towels optional

Très proche de l'océan et du centre ville à pied ou à vélo mis à disposition. Maison fonctionnelle et très calme. Idéal pour une famille avec animaux.

Très bon accueil des hôtes qui sont charmants. La maison est très bien située, à proximité des plages et des commerces de proximité.
La literie est excellente, les produits de commodité sont disponibles et en bonne quantité, il n'y a qu'à poser ses valises!
Le gros plus : les hôtes nous ont laissé des vélos pour toute la famille à disposition.
Le jardin est grand, arboré et très agréable, le quartier est tranquille.
Nous envisageons d'y retourner.

Nous avons séjourné du 31/12 au 03/01/2022 (matin) dans la maison de Danièle. Nous étions deux couples avec nos "amis " à 4 pattes. Ceux ci se sont régalés dans le jardin arboré et sécurisé.
Nous avons apprécié cette agréable maison, très fonctionnelle, bien équipée, dans un quartier très calme et à proximité des commerces et de la plage.
La véranda et la terrasse extérieure sont très agréables même si nous n'avons pas pu en profiter en cette saison malgré un temps superbe.
Le contact avec Danièle la propriétaire et l'accueil très sympathique du monsieur de l'agence confortent notre appréciation.
La literie est excellente, les équipements très complets.
Nous étions presque comme à la maison.
Expérience à renouveler... sans modération ☺
