House for 6 to 8 people located 500 m from the beach of Bétey in Andernos les Bains.
Recent house of 75m² with all comforts, 1km from the city center of Andernos les Bains and 16km from the ocean.
The house is located next to the cycle path and many local shops: mini-market, bakery, pharmacy, bike rental, bar, tobacconist's press....
The beach being nearby, it will allow you to come daily to enjoy a sunbath, the children can have fun and exercise on the large playground.
Andernos-les-Bains is a city rich in animation, with its market, its shopping streets and many restaurants as well as its oyster port where you can come and taste oysters.
You can take the boat to visit Arcachon, the island of birds, many walks are available to you for holidays with family or friends.
This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2wc, 1 kitchen, 1 bright living room. There is a terrace and 1 solarium. It is ideal for families and couples wishing to enjoy the calm by the sea.
