Certes l'appartement est un peu vieillot, mais néanmoins propre et bien équipé, mais c'est un détail tellement l'emplacement est top. De la terrasse vous avez une vue exceptionnelle sur le bassin et ses couchers de soleil. Le matin, le ballet des Mouettes au milieu du soleil levant est extraordinaire. 10 mètres de la plage et 30 mètres de la jetée.Période du 25 septembre au 2
octobre, donc pas de nuisance sonore. Seul bémol, à partir du 25 septembre, la traversée Andernos-arcachon ne se fait plus. Je recommande cet appartement pour son emplacement unique.

Un seul bémol (rien à voir avec les prestations générales) : les marées fortement marquées à cet endroit du bassin, au contraire de l'entrée ou du coté Atlantique.

Fantastic but very noisy due to the restaurant and bar below and then groups who stay out late in the square. There’s no air conditioning so in the summer you need to keep the doors open which lets in the noise. There’s no wifi either.
