About this house rental

Come . A CHANGE OF SCENERY. in our recent house of 80m2 on a plot of 450m2, located 150M from the first shops "bakery / fishmonger / pizzeria / greengrocer/wine merchant/crossroads Market"
The first beach of the basin is located 800m away.
The house is air-conditioned in a quiet 2nd position, with direct access to the cycle path (small gate at the bottom of the garden).
There are 3 bedrooms
- 1 with a double bed 160x200 with cupboard and dresser
-1 with a double bed 140x200 with a closet.
- 1 with a 90x190 bunk bed and a single bed with a closet
A separate toilet with its washbasin
A bathroom with bath/shower/toilet/washing machine
A living room - dining room - kitchen with all the necessary equipment (coffee maker, senseo pod)
Outside you can enjoy the various facilities:
Terrace/ dining table/ garden furniture/ sun loungers/barbecue
A hut for children,
In summer (July/August) you can also enjoy an inflatable spa.
Possibility to install the spa outside the summer period on request (80€)
Possibility of renting sheets and/or towels on request,
Sheets: 15€/bed, towels: 6€/pers
A deposit cheque will be required upon arrival
Please respect the premises and return the house in a perfect state of cleanliness, a cleaning fee can also be offered for the end of the stay (80€)

Le logement est situé idéalement entre Arcachon et le Cap Ferret. Et proche des commerces et la piste cyclable au fond du jardin. Le jardin équipé d une belle terrasse et salon de jardin et la maison pour les enfants. La maison récente, propre. Bon accueil merci pour tout. À bientôt si nous devons revenir dans le coin.

Maison avec jardin, jacuzzi en sup mais très agréable. Terrasse avec store motorisé, accès piste cyclable. Intérieur très bien équipé tant mobilier que vaisselle. Toutes les pièces sont équipées de volets électriques et d'un boitier pour la température. Avons passé de très bonnes vacances, de plus très bien située. Nous y retournerons

Très bonne expérience. La maison est idéalement située proche du bassin, accès direct à la piste cyclable ce qui est un vrai plus ! Surtout avec les enfants. Très propre et bien entretenu, on recommande vivement.
