As a family, you will appreciate the calm and comfort of this large fully air-conditioned house with a warm and modern decoration.
The house is located in a very quiet residential area close to the bike path.
You are 300 meters from the cycle path, 500 meters from the SPAR (open 7 days a week), 900 meters from the Basin, 1200 meters from the pedestrian streets (city center).
Nothing is missing, you will feel at home!
Beautiful wooden terrace in front of the house and a very pretty garden at the back out of sight, all fenced.
On the first floor:
Bright living room and fully equipped open kitchen.
1 shower room and a separate toilet
1 bedroom with very comfortable 2-seater sofa bed (140 x 200).
1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer
Upstairs (secure staircase for children), 1 bathroom with toilet.
1 large bedroom (160 x 200) with balcony
1 bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) and desk.
New bedding

Tout d’abord un grand merci à Sandrine pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité ainsi que toutes ses petites attentions.
La maison est fraîchement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, fonctionnelle et lumineuse. Une terrasse très appréciable, la maison se situe dans quartier calme et bien situé. Proche de toutes commodités, du bassin et à deux coups de pédales des pistes cyclables. Nous avons pu nous ressourcer pleinement avec notre garçon de 7 ans et notre chien. À recommander sans hésitation!
