Go on holiday with family or friends in Andernos-les-Bains while staying in this lovely bright and warm house. You will enjoy an idyllic setting with a large flowery garden, a terrace and a plancha to treat yourself all summer long. A setting conducive to relaxation! Close to the beach and its many activities, you can enjoy holidays under the basin's sunshine.
Upon your arrival in the house, you will discover the charming and spacious living area with the lounge corner featuring a television and a purely decorative stove. Just behind, you will access the friendly dining table next to the open kitchen. Fully equipped, you will find everything necessary for cooking, including induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The house has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: on the ground floor: has 2 single beds 80/200 making a large 160/200
Bedroom 2: upstairs: has 2 single beds 80/200 making a large 160/200
The master suite: upstairs: has a Queen Size bed (160/200) with its own bathroom - The suite has a balcony
A single extra bed is available if needed.
The house also has a bathroom with 1 separate toilet on the ground floor and another upstairs. In the garage, a washing machine as well as an iron and ironing board are at your disposal.
To park, 3 private parking spaces are available in front of the house. You can also leave bicycles.
This furnished accommodation is equipped with a Wi-Fi connection.
This furnished accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Animals are accepted with particular vigilance regarding the collection of droppings.
The tourist tax will be added to the rental amount and must be paid prior to your stay.
