Come and enjoy relaxing and peaceful family holidays in this charming house located under the pines, in the Betey district. You will appreciate its proximity to the sea and the multitude of activities in the surrounding area, easily accessible on foot or by bike thanks to the cycle paths.
The house has a large garden sheltered from prying eyes, arranged for moments of sharing in the open air. For those with a sweet tooth, a barbecue is also at your disposal. You will also find games, books, DVDs and a DVD player for convivial and pleasant moments.
Upon arrival at this house, you will discover a charming living room corner with its sofas, a television, a decorative fireplace and a bookcase. Just next to it is the dining room overlooking the garden. You will also have access to the independent kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking, as well as an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a Krups coffee maker and a filter coffee maker.
The house has 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: has a double bed (140/190)
- Bedroom 2: has a double bed (140/190)
- The Master Suite: has a double bed (140/190) and an en-suite bathroom
The house also has a shared bathroom with a hairdryer and toilet, and another independent toilet is available. For added comfort, you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron in the laundry room.
To park, 3 private parking spaces are available in front of the house.
