The ONLY waterfront property nestled in the National Park, and next to the Cattlepoint lighthouse. With 2 acres of total privacy you have stairs to the beach, miles of ocean bluff, old growth forest and lagoon hikes direct from your doorstep!
The main house offers 3BR, 3.5 BA of spectacular water views over the Cattlepoint Pass. Separate sunroom with Queen bed is perfect for napping or sleeping under the stars. 3rd bedroom has loft with queen mattress, and 4 twin foam beds for the kids. The "studio" building has a media room, full gym with Peloton, sauna, and full bath. Kayaks, Volleyball, Badminton, Hammock overlooking the water, Hot tub on the large oversized deck, Fire pit.
This is casual summer living at its best, doors open, tidal breezes, whales swimming by, kids to the beach, dogs sleeping in the shade, evening fire pit under the stars!

This experience could not have been better. The owners are lovely. The property is enchanted. The location is heavenly.
I was so taken with the property, I hardly left. It is a home, not a house and the owner's design choices are fabulous and throughout the property, inside and out.
I spend most of my time outside admiring the ocean view, the tides coming in and out twice daily, the deer who moved through daily along with the red, grey and black foxes and one lone otter. The hummingbirds and other pollinators did their work daily.
I only wish I could return every summer.
