Spacious apartment in a small complex with shared pool, in Toscolano Maderno.The apartment opens onto the large living room, equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen complete with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, American coffee machine and toaster. From the living area guests can access the large terrace overlooking the pool and the lake. The apartment continues with two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and Smart TV, the other with a bunk bed, an additional pull-out bed and a wardrobe. Both rooms overlook a private balcony with mountain and lake views. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.Guests will have at their disposal amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, iron and mosquito nets throughout the house. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
