The apartment is situated on the first floor of a three-story apartment building and enjoys use of a shared swimming pool and a private balcony that’s ideal for alfresco dining or relaxing with an evening aperitif.
Inside, the property enjoys a bright and spacious open-plan living space furnished with two sofas, a dining table and a smart flatscreen TV. This area also enjoys access to the terrace and incorporates a well-equipped kitchen fitted with: a Mokka coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave and a fridge freezer.

Gardone’s charming lakeside promenade dotted with palm trees, gelaterias, and cafés is a 5-minute drive. Bornico is renowned for its olive oil production, and the Frantoio del Bornico (a 10-minute walk), a 19th-century olive press powered by a mountain stream, continues to produce high-quality oil from local groves.
Other nearby attractions include the hillside estate and gardens of Vittoriale degli Italiani, the former residence of the poet Gabriele D\'Annunzio (a 5-minute drive). For nature lovers, Punto panoramico (a 1-minute walk) offers scenic hiking trails, and André Heller Botanical Garden is just a 6-minute drive.
