About this apartment rental
“La loggia” is composed by two studio apartments that are totally independent, but share the outside spaces. Therefore they are perfect for two couples, for a family with grown children or for a group of friends.
A spacious loggia, equipped with sofa, dining table and chairs for six people and a chaise longue, connects the apartments and gives you a small suggestive lake view. The terrace is a bit above the house, just few steps up from the entrance and, as it has a marvelous lake view, it’s the perfect place to relax on the hammock or the sun bed or to have a grill. Moreover if you will need to refresh yourself, you will have the possibility to use the external shower. The apartments have just been renewed and they have fully equipped kitchens, satellite TV, Wi-Fi connection, toilet with shower enclosure. We can provide you only one parking space inside the property (of course free of charge), but in case you have a second car it won’t be difficult to find a free parking space close to the house.
The environment is totally calm and silent, “Fasano Alta” is a truly beautiful village and not touristic at all. In ten minutes you can walk down to the lake, the closest restaurant is just few steps from the house, while shops are five minutes driving away.
For stays of at least 14 nights we offer a change of towels and bed linen and a cleaning in the middle of the stay. If you have special needs or limitations, please let us know before booking so that we can advise you in choosing the most suitable accommodation.
Cleaning procedure : we sanitize all the house using product labeled with PMC ( Presidio Medico Chirurgico ), which are the only approved products to kill bacteria/virus.
Moreover on request we can make an Ozone treatment which is one of the world's best non-chemical sanitizers and smell removal. This machine allows to deeply purify a room, even all the textile, mattress, pillows… It eliminates all bacteria and virus that a previous guest might have left. The extra cost for this treatment would be calculated on request.
Pets are very welcome but we don't accept more then 1 dog/cat and €75 pet fee will be charged.

Die Wohnung war einfach fantastisch! Viel Platz und alles vorhanden was man nur brauchen kann. Das Highlight ist die schöne Veranda mit dem tollen Ausblick! Schon die Anfahrt durch die schmalen Gassen war sehr abenteuerlich! Ganz in der Nähe gibt es viele lohnende Ausflugsziele. Der Heller Garten und das Vittoriale degli Italiani sind sogar zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ruhige Lage, saubere und neu eingerichtete Studios mit großer überdachter Terrasse. Bei schlechtem kalten Wetter wäre ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer für beide Studios vorteilhaft.

Für zwei Freunde, Pärchen oder Eltern mit größeren Kindern Ideal weil man auch mal alleine sein kann. Die Terrasse ist schön groß und ist ein Lebensmittelpunkt. Die beiden Wohnungen sind topp ausgestattet, für eine FeWo fast Luxuriös. Der Ort ansich hat allerdings extrem strenge Müllentsorgungsregeln die sehr teuer werden können, die Sortierung ist deswegen fast ein Job für sich und nervt. Gute Einkaufs- und Bademöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Freundliche Nachbarn.
