Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Objekt. Aufgrund von Feuchtigkeit etwas muffiger Geruch, welcher versucht wurde, mit Raum Düften zu überdecken. Positiv war der große Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, der Rest der Küche war jedoch recht minimalistisch ausgestattet. Die Spülmaschine fehlte und eine Mikrowelle mit Backfunktion, für die kein Stellplatz vorhanden war , sollte für 4 bis 6 Personen ausreichen. Ebenfalls positiv war ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Eine Waschmaschine konnte man in einem unaufgeräumten Wäscheraum nutzen, in welchem augenscheinlich auch die gesamte Bettwäsche und Handtücher der Gäste unprofessionell aufbereitet wird. In der Tiefgarage stehen ebenfalls die Mülltonnen, welche äußerlich stark verschmutzt waren und unappetitlich rochen.
