Brand new great apartment highly recommend

The apartment was new and tasteful Roberta was amazing super helpful and kind. We had a nice apartment we were a couple with one child so after opening the bed in the living room it was very crowded. But we had everything we needed even a bottle of sparkling wine and water waiting in the fridge. The apartment had everything we needed and a private parking space. I would highly recommend

Only the fact that after opening the extra bed it was very difficult to.move around and we had to move the table and chairs, but I would stay there again

Everything was perfect. The apartment is fresh, clean, new and Roberta, the owner, is a treasure. Every our need was satisfied very quick, she was always there for us and we never felt abandoned. There is a private parking place, so no need to worry about the parking, and its suitable for any kind and size of the car. Beds were fresh and clean, kitchen has a good cooking ware, I'm the person who like to cook and I appreciated it. Refrigerator was big, and already full of water and a lemonade. There were conditioners in every room so it was never cold or hot. The closest supermarket is like 5 minutes away with car.

Everything was cool. In 2 weeks of travel in Italia it was the best service and experience we had.

Top Appartement, sehr nette Gastgeberin!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Roberta ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin und war immer unkompliziert und schnell für uns erreichbar. Top ausgestattetes Appartement mit Klimaanlage. Es war sehr heiss und wir waren sehr froh eine Klimaanlage zu haben.

Wir können nichts negatives berichten, wir würden allerdings nächstes Mal ein Appartement bei Roberta ohne 2. Etage buchen, da unser Hund die Treppen ins obere Schlafzimmer nicht hinaufging und immer unten jaulte. Deshalb würden wir beim nächsten mal ein Wohnebene bevorzugen.

Neuwertige moderne Einrichtung im ganzen Haus - sehr schön- komfortabel, alles vorhanden im Appartement - fehlt wirklich an nichts 👍🏼👍🏼 Supernette unkomplizierte Besitzerin, erfüllt schnell Wünsche und ist mega hilfsbereit 🤗 nochmals Danke liebe Roberta 😊

Parfait

L’accueil de Roberta est super, elle fait tout pour que nous soyons à l’aise et elle a même tout préparé pour nous donner des conseils de visites et de restaurants. C’est vraiment très appréciable. Le logement est rénové avec goût et il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour faire un minimum de cuisine.

Appartement refait à neuf et avec goût à Toscolano Maderno

Très bon accueil de Roberta dans cet appartement climatisé (qui ne comporte pas d'extérieur) situé à quelques minutes à vélo (mis à disposition) du centre de Toscolano Maderno. Très fonctionnel et à proximité immédiate de la vallée du papier. Nous sommes restés une nuit, c'était très bien.

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra

L’Host è stata davvero fantastica! Super disponibile e professionale, un vero esempio di ospitalità. Il monolocale era perfetto, completo di tutto e super pulito, con tutto nuovo o di recente acquisto, ma comunque in condizioni pari al nuovo. Anche il bagno era impeccabile.

Non è un difetto della struttura stessa, ma l’assenza di disponibilità di parcheggi riservati comodi è un po’ un piccolo limite che non ha per nulla influito sul soggiorno.

Una notte da ripetere

Posizione ottima, tranquilla, possibilità di parcheggio. Roberta la proprietaria gentilissima. abbiamo avuto un problema di traffico arrivando in auto e l'abbiamo tenuta in ballo tutta la mattinata ma ci ha accolto col sorriso. Se avete un cane consigliamo vivamente questa soluzione. Abbiamo fatto una passeggiata nella valle della carta e abbiamo utilizzato l'appartamento come punto di appoggio per visitare Salò ed il Vittoriale.

Il monolocale è di recente ristrutturazione, molto curato, con materiali di ultima generazione. Il bagno è spazioso con una doccia molto grande. Si trova in una posizione tranquilla, poco distante dal centro che si raggiunge con una breve passeggiata di circa 10 minuti.

La struttura è nuovissima, molto pulita e arredata con stile e dotata di tutti i comfort. Abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale Carta di Canapa al primo piano. La proprietaria, Roberta, gentilissima e davvero disponibile Posizione comoda per visitare il Vittoriale degli Italiani, a pochi minuti dalla struttura. In zona ci sono bar, ristoranti e supermercati.
