Relaxing, authentic & charming!

This place is a gem. The recent reviews aren't what I have experienced and wanted to offer my views to help other prospective travellers. We were a family of 3, with a 13yr old. The complex is set in a very attractive, spacious olive garden with plenty of different seating areas (including hammocks - amazing!) to set a vibe of relaxation and feeling at home. It has a proper garden feel as opposed to a neat hotel complex feel. But I like that. It feels more homely and is very peaceful. The grass was a bit longer than I like, but it was cut once during our 9 night stay and fits with the rustic and natural outdoor feel. The pool areas are lovely set amongst the gardens and the sun loungers are great with the head shade things to alter as you like. It is quiet, no blaring music, just the sound of friends and families playing, chatting or relaxing. Though slightly scruffy with a few weeds at the pool's edge, I'll take that for the chilled vibe. There's also no strict rules around the pool areas either leaving people to enjoy the pool sensibly with inflatables and sensible jumping or dives allowing parents and children just to enjoy rather than worrying about being watched. We also really appreciated a toilet beside the pool areas so no trapsing back to the apartment. Free tea, coffee or hot chocolate was a welcome gesture in the airy and pleasant guest lounge/dining room or balconies which people made use of and we enjoyed late afternoon or evening with a coffee and a book. Chess and cards are also available her, along with outdoor table tennis. We found our apartment very satisfactory, presented just as the advertising photos portray - well kitted out for self catering (only lacking scissors and perhaps a couple of extra binliners and toilet roll), spacious, modern, comfortable and homely with the provision of soft lighting which I hate not having. Very clean, too. Infact all the public areas were always very clean.

Nothing really. The only thing I think might be worth commenting on is there was one instance of a small dog dropping. Given we were there for 10 nights and there were a good few guests with dogs, I think one occurrence is forgivable.. I was a bit worried about the fact that dogs were allowed but they have to be kept on a lead at all times and I felt owners were very respectful and responsible with their pets in public spaces.

Very nice place to stay.

The lovely garden and pool , very ouiet and relaxing especially at night, plenty of areas to sit. Sofa bed in lounge was surprisingly comfortable. Aircon worked well. Very close to super markets and lake front, only a short walk. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. would stay there again.

Sehr schöne Gartenanlage. Gepflegt und sauber! Sehr schöner Pool. Es gibt zwei. Wir waren aber nur in einem. Das Appartement war sehr groß und ein schöner abgeschlossener Garten. Perfekt für unsere Hunde! Die Lage ist einfach super! Mitten im Ort, drotzdem sehr ruhig. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Lecker Bäcker!

Klimaanlage nur im hinteren Schlafzimmer. Bringt so den anderen Räumen nichts. Fenster konnten wir nicht aufmachen. Zuviel Mücken. Wir habens überlebt 😅

Super zentrale Ferienwohnung

Das Apartment war schön und sauber. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, super zentral und alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Pool- und Gartenanlage ist sehr schön. Kostenloser Parkplatz, der nachts auch abgeschlossen wird. Würden definitiv wieder kommen, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Einzig die Ausstattung der Küche ist nicht so üppig. Scharfe Messer, Korkenzieher usw sollte man selbst mitbringen.

posizione della struttura comoda, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi il centro del paese dove sul lungo lago abbiamo preso un traghetto per visitare altri paesi del lago di Garda, non c'è stato bisogno di usare la macchina nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato. C'è anche un supermercato abbastanza vicino sempre raggiungibile a piedi. Giardino del residence molto bello, con diversi alberi e amache e 2 piscine + 1 piccola per bambini

Ett mysigt och lugnt boende som passade oss bra när vi reste med barn och hund.

Ett mystiskt lite hotell som var enkelt att ha hunden med. Väldigt lugnt. Kommer gärna tillbaka men då bokar vi nog med uteplats eller balkong, det missade vi denna gång. Läget var lugnt och en kort promenad ner till Garda sjön.

Fick lite lite information om hur allt fungerade på boendet. Man fick gissa sig fram eller gå och fråga. Men de hade säkert mycket att göra. Annars var vi väldigt nöjda.

Perfekt für Familien zum Entspannen und Entdecken

Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt, Garten mit Olivenbäumen und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Aufenthaltsraum mit kostenlosem Kaffee, Wohnung gemütlich, sauber und mit allem, was man braucht. Pools sauber und warm, Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt: Zentral, ruhig, gut erreichbar in einer kleinen lebendigen Stadt.

Preis Leistund - perfekt!

Wunderschönes Apartment mit großem, gepflegtem Garten – ideal zum Entspannen, da jeder sein eigenes ruhiges Plätzchen findet. Die drei Pools sind angenehm ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten. Der gemütliche Aufenthaltsraum mit Balkon und mit kostenlosem Kaffee lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Apartments sind schlicht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Besonders für große Gruppen bestens geeignet – viel Platz und tolle Gemeinschaftsbereiche!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für die Erkundung des Gardasees wirklich sehr zu empfehlen…

Wir haben 8 Nächte hier verbracht und können es wirklich weiter empfehlen. Sehr schöne Apartments für die Selbstverpflegung. Sehr schöne Pools zum nutzen. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut und bissl abseits vom Troubleshooting. Sehr großer Kühlschrank. Man konnte es die Tage gut aushalten. Aufpassen bei der Auffahrt. Ist wirklich sehr eng alles durch Haus-/Mauerwände. Nix für tiefergehende Fahrzeuge. Sehr sehr enge Gasse.

Wenigstens eine viertel Rolle Toilettenpapier für den 1. Tag wäre gut gewesen. Ein wenig mehr Küchenausstattung wie bspw. Schüsseln, paar Müllbeutel und ggf. Geschirrhandtücher.
