Casa Dolce Vita, Seeblick

Großes Lob an den Gastgeber Tobias. Kommunikation und Abwicklung super einfach und extrem hilfsbereit über WhatsApp. Bei Fragen wird sehr schnell geantwortet und geholfen. Schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in bester Lage von Maderno. Ruhige Umgebung. Traumhafter Blick auf den See vom Balkon aus. Tiefgaragen Stellplatz groß genug um einen großen SUV zu parken. Einkaufsladen, gute Restaurants und Cafés in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Anlegeplatz der Fähre mit der man an alle Orte am Gardasee kommt ist auch in nur wenigen hundert Metern zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem einfach super und nur zu empfehlen!

Het is een zeer mooi appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 terrassen ( voorkant en achterkant). Alle nodige faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Mooi uitzicht op het water vanop het terras. Goede ligging, dicht bij supermarkt en restaurants, ook niet te druk, met de auto ben je ook snel in andere stadjes aan het gardameer. Appartement bevind zich ook op privéterrein, met privéparking. Goed contact met de gastheer, kortom, alles was super.

Casa Dolce Vita really lives up to it's name. We indeed enjoyed "La Dolce Vita" while having breakfast on the huge sunny balcony that offers unbeatable views over Toscolano-Maderno, Lake Garda as well as the surrounding mountains. You could spend hours here... =) The location of the apartment is perfect... Toscolano-Maderno offers everything you'd need (supermarket, bakery, ice cream shop, several (Espresso) bars and restaurants, etc.) all in walking distance and it feels very authentic Italian as this is not your typical Lake Garda tourist village, flooded by tourists during daytime... Toscolano-Maderno is a "real" village with an authentic local life. You'll still find your souvenir shops and ice cream shops but also local shops, bars and restaurants that mainly support local life. All in all a nice vibrant little village, offering a relaxed mediterranean life style everywhere around town, especially during sunset at the lake shore with it's bars. The shore also offers a great "lake-shore only" running/walking route (ca. 8km back and forth) e.g. for your sunrise morning run or yoga sessions. Maderno also offers access to a couple of hikes as well as water activities (boat rental, a small beach, etc.). Another advantage is the proximity to villages like Saló or Gargnano (both a quick 10 minutes scooter/car ride away) as well as the ferry that connects to the other lake side. The possibility to take the scooter is pretty rat because a) this is the most efficient way of transportation around the lake and b) it doesn't get much more Italian than this! =) The apartment is very tastefully renovated and also well equipped... we immediately felt at home and didn't miss a thing! Our car was securely parked in the onsite parking garage. Checkin/out were very easy and the communication with Tobias was great. All in all we highly recommend to spend your holidays at this beautiful place!

Excellent location, good parking and fantastic view from large balcony. Just a very short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Good communication with owner prior to stay. Relaxing base from which to explore the area.
