The apartment offers plenty of space and is very clean and well equipped. The large balcony gives you multiple options to enjoy your holiday outside.

everything is perfect!

This place is awesome! It's huge, spotlessly clean, and luxurious. We felt like kings and queens during our stay. The view over the lake is amazing, both from the terraces and the private olive tree garden. The host is very friendly and communication went smooth. The villa is split in an upper and a lower part. We stayed at the top half and the lower half was occupied during the day by the friendly parents of the host, but since the property is so big and we had our private entrance, we had enough privacy to feel like we had the place to ourselves. It is possible to walk from the villa to the center of Maderno to have a drink and visit a restaurant. Be aware that the walk back up the hill is a bit tough (pretty steep) 😉 By car, don't take the shortcut through the small streets of the city, since they are extremely narrow. Use the normal streets and you'll be fine. We really enjoyed our stay in Villa degli Ulivi and would recommend it to anyone.
