L'emplacement, le calme de la résidence et la vue. La piscine, même partagée, restait toujours très calme. L'ambiance avec les autres résidents très conviviale.
Le manque de confort de la literie, du canapé clic-clac (impossible de rester une soirée ou une heure dedans), des meubles de terrasse et grosse déception sur les transats proposés à la piscine. Ce sont en réalité des chaises et non des transats pour s'allonger. Dommage pour les siestes au bord de la piscine ...
