The location I. The countryside was an experience; but, we enjoyed the adventure, along the the proximity to Doolin and the Cliffs of Mojer.
Signage was a little weak, but we did arrive in the dark!

If you want to spend just the night the property is good
The property is quite remote, and if you wish to dine out, you'll need to drive approximately 7–8 km starting with narrow single-lane roads. We also encountered a leak in the toilet, which left the floorboards damp wet. There was no hand wash provided in the bathroom initially—we had to request it from the host, who did send it promptly via her son. However, we expected such basic essentials to be in place upon arrival.
The TV is very small. There’s nothing to do outside for children, so families should be aware of this. Overall, the property might be suitable if you're just looking for a place to spend the night, but it’s not ideal for an extended or activity-based stay.
