4 Bedrooms, one ensuite, sleeping up to 8 comfortably. Double height ceilings in the livings area add to the sense of space making this cottage a true oasis of calm and tranquillity.
Ideal location for touring the West of Ireland and enjoying all the amenities along the Wild Atlantic Way. Only 30 mins. from the no 1 visitor attraction in Ireland, The Cliffs of Moher, Other visitor attractions include award winning Ailwee and Doolin caves, with the latter boasting the largest stalactite in the Northern Hemisphere. Ailwee also hosts a bird of Prey exhibition daily. The Aran Islands are a short boat trip from Doolin pier and are regarded as one of the last outposts of Gaelic civilisation.

What a great choice we made staying in Fanore at Anne Pilkington’s cottage! This was a great base for our touring plans and allowed us to spend time learning about the history of the area through Anne and John’s Burren Mountain Tour. Our cottage was very clean, organized, and easy to access. It also allowed for privacy and a true vacation feel.

Anne is amazing to work with. We had some check in hiccups but she was super response solved our problems pronto. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

An excellent cottage ideal for our needs. Perfect location for touring the west coast of Ireland. Very kid friendly. Anne was very helpful and responsive.

The property was advertised as non smoking, however, upon arrival we noted an ashtray and were told that smoking was permitted just not in the bedrooms.. We did notice the smell of smoke. Also the kitchen lacked basics such as paper towels, coffee filters. Otherwise the property itself was lovely.
