Location and layout / size, comfortable place aside from issue with hot water boiler.
No hot water to shower. Representative came but said couldn’t fix it that night, it was late. Offered another house to shower in as solution. That was something at least - the person tried to resolve. Water not fixed next morning. Property was not cheap and the solution meant I may as well have stayed in a campsite walking across the street to shower. It’s a shame because the lodge is lovely. But the fact no-one from management contacted me to apologize or offer any compensation was disappointing.
