Turoqua Hostel

The beds were amazing, best on our whole Camino. They had curtains for privacy, and there was a cubby with a light to put your things in at the head of the bed. There was a good room for drying clothes.

You had to check in online before hand, there was no front desk or employee on site, and the only way to get a hold of someone was through Whatsapp. The kitchen facilities were minimal, and there was no freezer which is helpful for icepacks after a long day of walking. The woman's bathroom only had one toilet, and the showers didn't close well or have any places to hang your items.

Location was good, facilities were clean, they had a nice fan to move the air around so things wouldn't get stale. I think there was plenty of room for people to get ready and a separate lounge area in the front for people to cook or just hang out and be a little noisier. Good location, very cool town. Close to the river and a large grocery store and the Camino route.

I would have been happy to pay for real sheets and a towel to rent, but there was no staff there. So I had to use the paper sheets on the rubber mattress and my own towel. Also I think the side street was kind of busy because I heard people walking by late into the night which made it a little harder to sleep Overall though, it wasn't bad and it was a great location.

Great location in town, spacious roooms compared to others, fitting for one night on the Camino.

No staff on property (self check in), thin higiene liner for bed no proper sheets (which is fine, just expected differently at the price paid), not a full kitchen for cooking

Horrible toxic room scents everywhere, that you are forced to breathe in. No kitchen.
