Acolá Sport Hostel

Location is ecxelent to explore the city and near pilgrim route. Clean, comfy beds with privacy, kitchen well equiped.

There is no small table for stuff near the bed and no loundry.

Great location and clean and friendly staff

It was a bit cramped. And the kamp at my bed didnt work and there was no little shelf either that the others had.

Location was ideal central to the old town and near Basilica de santa maria and to plenty of restaurants and cafes, close too to the river. The hostel was very clean and each bed had a curtain and a locker. I requested a bottom bunk and the request was accommodated. The beds each had a light and charging socket with space for phone and a book to be kept beside your bed. The hostel felt very safe and friendly. Nice kitchen space for eating and socialising.

The hostel was mixed with 2 corridors beside each other with 8 beds in each corridor. It was popular for pilgrims doing the Camino, so whilst I stayed for 6 nights, most of the residents changed every day and were arriving exhausted, going to bed early, and snoring very loudly. It was therefore difficult to get a good night's sleep. I would have liked the ability to cook with a pan and to have a toaster. There was a microwave and fridge.
