Great location being halfway between Torquay town and Babbacombe. Bus just around the corner which was great for us having no car. Very quiet area with shops and pub nearby.
As we were elderly it did prove a challenge using the stairs in order to get our luggage to the apartment so not ideal. However we were well aware of this before we booked and we did manage.

The size of the apartment was excellent, Lovely and light and very spacious. Great location as the bus stop was a two minute walk away, so we didn't use the car at all. We have stayed in Wellswood before and it has lovely cafes, shops and the Kent pub. Julie and Darren were great hosts and answered any queries, both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend and we would definitely book again.

Good location for local selection of shops. Nice pub nearby.. Comfortable beds, great furnishings, luxury shower room. Well equipped kitchen, quiet, very clean. A very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend. Host very helpful. Lots of care and attention for a beautiful apartment. Five star.
