Location was very good with easy access to a large car park . Bed was comfortable and clean, bathroom was clean.

The noise next door woke me at 3.15am. Had to go out and bang on their door. They eventually quitened down. But walls must be quite thin. Carpet was very stained and old looking. A lotto damage on walls.

Great spot with lovely staff for a good group. The rooms are perfect and the staff are very friendly.

Staff were wonderful

Carpet on the stairs needs a clean. And a hole in the wall of the bedroom needs repairing.

Perfect for my trip. Easy to find, great location, comfy bed, great shower, nice big room, clean sheets, Wifi and privacy. Added bonus its above the Chinese restaurant, so I could grab some dinner if i didn't want to go out again. The staff were around if I needed them. Breakfast can be booked but I didn't bother. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the accommodation.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the storage adequate. It's fairly central, especially to the train station which is pretty much next door. The staff were friendly. The people in the restaurant downstairs were helpful and friendly, and I did have a couple of nice take-outs from them. The wifi worked very well.

I was expecting a work desk in the room, just a small one would have done. There was an armchair, which was useful. I only met one member of staff as the desk was usually deserted, and he was pleasant enough and told me if he found a desk he would get one to me. He did mention there was a ledge under the TV, and while this is true, the armchair is nowhere near tall enough to reach it and do anything. I forgot to mention to him the blind - I closed it when I arrived as it was after dark, but then I couldn't figure out how to open it again thereafter. The cord seems not to attach to anything! The room was generally clean enough, though there was a mark on the duvet of the single bed (which I didn't use), and there was a small sock behind the door in the bathroom, suggesting that it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, though it wasn't filthy in there or anything, it was acceptably clean. The shower took some time to warm up, but at least it did, and the stream was slightly erratic. Also, though I closed the shower doors as much as I could, it all leaked puddles onto the bathroom floor. All of these were perhaps first-world problems - overall, I had a pleasant enough stay - but it was not cheap, being pricier or almost as pricey as some of the major hotels in the area, and I expect to have all the amenities in place and working when I am paying 120+ Euros a night, especially as that did not include breakfast. I would have addressed this further in person, but apart from the one person I saw and asked about the desk, no-one else was at reception on any of the other occasions I walked past it.
