The location is great, if you are with a car - one hour to Florence, one hour to Piza. Breathing view from the gigantic balcony and calm neighborhood (except us). When we arrived we were welcomed by a fridge full of water, a kitchen with espresso capsules and other food goodies.
There was only one AC for the whole apartment, which didn't even work (maybe we just didn't figured it out). In the middle of the Summer, when there is 36°c at the day and 25-30°c at night, be ready to die from the heat. The kitchen facilities were too ill - equipt to handle our demands: there was neither a cutting board or a sharp night.

abbiamo prenotato per passare un paio di giorni per le feste di capodanno, casa molto grande e ben distribuita. posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla.
da rivedere un po’ pulizia generale della casa, abbiamo trovato molta polvere e sporcizia al nostro arrivo, aggiungerei anche qualche utensile da cucina in più magari per l’utilizzo del forno.
