The environment and surroundings were very nice. The staff was attentive and helpful. The view from the top hill was beautiful.
We wish there was a bin for the trash (there was only a tiny one in the bathroom). There is a strong need for a shower mat because the floor is slippery when wet so I slipped and got a little injury. The breakfast is basic.

The property is beautiful on the top of a tuscan valley.
There was mixup with my reservation that couldn’t be timely solved. The solution proposed was kind and acceptable, but it was the only feasible one after the fact. I recommend getting in touch with the property before arriving to confirm all details regarding the reservation.

Bed was decent, but the pillows were quite uncomfortable.

Location is very nice. proper tuscan region. accessible
There were parties and birthday parties at the venue and they started to fire up crackers in the middle of the night. we lost our sleep.
