Idyllic property for your Tuscan adventure

Property is located a short walk from town with a beautiful view of the surrounding farms and town, you can even hear the church bells... very idyllic. Breakfast was excellent! we had options for every taste... eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and best of all we were treated to a variety of fresh baked treats. The owners even brought in a home baked apple cake that was exceptionally good! The engagement by the owners was what really set this property apart... they made it a point to be available to answer questions about the property, treat us to freshly pressed olive oil, as well as the aforementioned home baking. In addition all the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful with suggested places to go to sightsee as well as shop and eat. Shoutout to Chiara!

Lovely place to relax and recharge in rural Tuscany.

Lovely, well furnished Apartment with excellent air conditioning. Lovely pool For swimming in. Great breakfast. Lovely staff who check you in and make you breakfast. Beautiful part of Tuscany. Lovely pizzeria in the town and lovely wine bar. Very friendly staff in teh shops and cafes. Near to Vinci and other lovely towns. Owner is very warm and staff are helpful and warm. Perfect if you want to hide away in the Tuscan countryside and use it as a base for travelling to other villages in a car.

We didn’t have a car and it is very rural. It is possible To get a bus from Empoli to Cerrato Guidi, but in the Dukker it’s very hot so even walking the 20 minutes to the town to get groceries is tough. Bus schedule isn’t easy to work out. Once you rent a car, it’s fine! Avoid august as so many restaurants are on holidays.

Amazing stay

We liked everything. Amazing stay in the peace and quiet of the Tuscan countryside. The staff are super friendly and provide you with a varied and fresh breakfast each morning on the terrace. The fresh water pool is beautiful, as is the sunset each evening from the terrace. There are not too many rooms so it remains relatively quiet and private and there is also a small town within walking distance which has a few bars, restaurants and local shop for essentials. We would definitely like to return.

Could do with a few more bits in the kitchen such as a chopping board, maybe a sponge and washing up liquid, basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper etc. However, I'm sure if we'd have asked they would have quickly found us a chopping board.

Fantastic stay, would recommend!

The staff were wonderful and so attentive to our breakfast preferences, even having what we liked prepped and ready for us when we arrived! The rooms were wonderful and opened out onto the patio at the back that overlooked the vineyards. Pool area was lovely, and when you walked up the grass lots of butterflies flew out the grass! Which was really special for me and my friend.

We could hear the upstairs guests walking around their room sometimes.

Peaceful, tasteful and enjoyable vacation with authentic Tuscan vibe.

The apartment was spacious, clean and cosy. It looks even better in person than on the pictures. We loved the breakfast, they offered us a large variety of foods which was especially great since we were the only ones staying at the villa because it was off-season. The staff were lovely and friendly. The guide that we recieved had some great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants.

In the last bight before she left the host threw a party for all inmates snd local neighbours and invited us to attend the dinner party. We were never informed that we were going to be charged perr head for the finner if we were going to attend it. We shocked when she produced a bill the next morning charging per head

Relaxing stay in the Tuscan nature with short distance to all the big activities

the location is just beyond wonderful. so relaxing and easy to navigate. the apartment was clean, bright and equipped with modern appliances and furnitures. Silvia welcomed us in the most organised and friendly way. there is a gated car park and breakfast is served outside or inside with yummy (also partly vegan!) options. We even received a lot of information on activities and tips that made our visit to Florence, etc very easy. there is olive oil sold if wanted from the family’s plant. we also received a discount at the local winery. special thanks to the vegan / veggie restaurant list from Silvia 🥰 we have already booked again!

This is definitely one of the best accomodations we've ever stayed at. It truly exceeded our expectations. First of all, it's in the very heart of Tuscany, perfect for wonderful day trips to Pisa, Firenze, Siena and many wonderful villiges. The apartment itself is fairly big, with well equiped kitchen (even a dishwasher), big bathroom and very comfy bed. Great warming sistem! The outside is just beautiful.. Huge garden, with pool and olive trees.. Sitting area outside is just soul warming, perfect for a glass of wine in the evening and coffe in the morning.. :) But the best part is wonderful host, Silvia. She prepared perfect breakfest for us, made great suggestions for our day trips and had answers to all of our questions. We truly, truly enjoyed our stay here, thank you very much!!! Can't wait to come back!!!

If you're looking for a place you'll never forget, this is it. The accommodation is beautiful, safe and clean. The equipment is perfect and the surroundings are like from a fairy tale. Great Agriturismo

All was great. location- close to the small town where you can get a drink, go the shop, etc. Apartment- we had stables and i think it was the best one because we hsd a bug terrace right in front of it. some apprtments atr on 2nd floor, so you need to go down of you want to sit outside. Breakfast- a bit strange for us because of lots of sweets. but there was also cheese and prosciutto, so we coild find what to eat.

Amazing place in Tuscany in a beautiful location

This place is just amazing! I was looking for agriturismo in Tuscany located in vineyards and accessible by a public transport and couldn’t find anything better then Villa Adimari. it s located at the top of the hill so the view is magic. The pool (lake) is a perfect bonus. you can visit Cerreto Guidi by foot, there are a lot of nice restaurants. Also it’s nice to visit Vinci, don’t miss it. Sylvia and Massimo are so so helpful and friendly, so you can feel home. The decoration of the whole place is wonderful, our appartment was so specious with an outstanding view. Here I saw one of the most beautiful sunsets in my life. I recommend the place to all my friends now. hope to come back. Thanks and we wish you the best guests!

Avantura u Toscani!

Lokacija apartmana je idealna za obitelji koji se žele upustiti u Toscansku avanturu. Apartman nas je oduševio svojom veličinom, a najviše balkon s kojeg puca neopisivi pogled na toscanske brežuljke. Zalazak sunca je predivan. Doručak je raznovrstan i jako ukusan. Osoblje je na jako visokom nivou. Hvala vam na svemu još jednom i tople preporuke za ovaj apartman!

Położenie na wzgórzu, świetny widok.

Słabiutki wybór na śniadaniach, sporo słodyczy i ciast ale to nie jest menu na śniadanie. Pokój spory choć wyposażony dość skromnie i surowo. Łazienka z dużym oknem i firanką, która nie zapewnia prywatności. W łazience jeden haczyk na ręcznik, brak miejsca na odłożenie kosmetyczki podróżnej. Przemiłe Panie z obsługi, to duży plus.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft zum ausspannen und erkunden der Umgebung

Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel gegenüber vom Dorf. Man hat einen super Blick über das Tal. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und mit Terrassenmöbel ausgestattet. Man kann so schön draußen frühstücken oder chillen am Schwimmteich. Das Appartement bietet sehr viel Platz und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

In der Küche gibt es einen Esstisch mit Stühlen, die nicht wirklich bequem sind. Wenn das Wetter nicht so gut, wäre ein gemütlicher Platz sinnvoll. Das Ledersofa ist es leider nicht.

Perfekt für einen entspannten Toskana-Urlaub

Ein wirklich wunderschöner Ort um eine entspannte Zeit in der Toskana zu verbringen. Die Anlage besteht aus einer Villa mit ein paar wenigen, sehr liebevoll und frisch renovierten Ferienwohnungen, die mit allem ausgestattet sind was man benötigt. Dazu ein sehr schöner Garten mit Naturpool, an dem man den Tag in der Abendsonne perfekt ausklingen lassen kann. Geführt wird alles von sehr fleißigen und freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen.

Przepiękna posiadłość ze spektakularnym widokiem

Przepiękna posiadłość położona w niesamowitej toskańskiej scenerii. Widok z Villa Adimari zapiera dech. Jest to też świetny punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania najciekawszych punktów Toskanii. Niesamowicie czysto, obiekt bardzo zadbany. Personel cudowny, pomocny, zawsze miło i z uśmiechem. Bardzo przyjemny basen z wodospadem, który miło szumiał wieczorami. Szczególnie polecamy apartament Camino, w którym się zatrzymaliśmy. Przepiękny ogromny taras z pięknym widokiem. Udało nam się też uczestniczyć w wydarzeniu Apericena organizowanym w Villa Adimari, podczas którego mogliśmy skosztować pysznej domowej, włoskiej kuchni z pięknym widokiem na zachód słońca. Obiekt spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy.

Struttura bellissima, curata e pulita. Gli host sono gentilissimi e super pronti ad aiutare e a dare consigli su cosa fare e dove mangiare. Il posto è sulle colline e sembra davvero un’oasi di pace e silenzio. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Strategická pozice k poznávání Toskánska

Klasické agriturismo, na kopečku, s výhledem na městečko a široké okolí Toskánska. Strategická poloha k výletům autem (do Pisy, Lucce, Vinci, Livorna, Sieny), blízko do Empoli (odtud vlakem do Florencie). Apartmán s kuchyňkou a jídelnou, na terase stolek se židlemi, sušák na prádlo a plavky. Bio jezírko na opalování a koupání. Ochotný personál. Vlastní víno a olivový olej. Parkování zdarma za uzamčenou bránou.

V koupelně nejsou háčky na pověšení ručníků a ve skříni nejsou žádné poličky či šuplíky na uložení vlastního oblečení, jen ramínka. Podivný systém u snídaně. Lze dostat vše (vajíčka, šunku, sýr, koláče, ovoce, rajčata, světlý chleba, sušenky, kávu a čaj), ale o vše (kromě vody, džusů a baleného jídla) si musíte říct obsluhující paní. Ta je sice ochotná, ale všechno probíhá pomalu, takže pokud se u snídaně sejde víc lidí než dva, počítejte s čekáním. Pro koupání v bio jezírku jsou přísná pravidla. Pokud nejste plešatí, musíte mít koupací čepici (tu vám případně zapůjčí) a vlastní plážovou osušku. V okolí domu se rojí komáři a mušky, počítejte s poštípáním navzdory repelentům a síťkám ve dveřích. Na večeře je potřeba někam dojíždět, přičemž v městečku Cerreto Guidi jsou jen dvě možnosti (pizzerie Pizzeria Chest' E' a dražší Ristorante Adriano), obě jsou výborné, je ale potřeba si dělat předem rezervace. Trošku dál, pod kopcem, je pizzerie Tucano's, také velmi dobrá, místními oblíbená, mají i další jídla (těstoviny i masa).

Prachtige locatie, mooie appartementen met kookgelegenheid. Heerlijk zwembad (bio). Vergeet je badmuts niet. Lekker ontbijt.

Mooie locatie met prachtige biopool goede airco en mooi appartement

De gastvrijheid! We kregen direct iets fris aangeboden daar het zeer warm was met een lekker stukje taart. We zijn ook de dinsdagavond blijven eten echt een aanrader om te doen. Prachtige omgeving mooi zicht en op een boogscheut van pisa lucca florence. Goede bedden en airco in ons appartement ruim met alles erop en eraan. Zeker een groot pluspunt is de biopool waar je lekker kan verfrissen wanneer het zeer warm is.

Locatie. Zeer schoon appartement, hond welkom , zelfs een kussen voor de hond. Fijn zwembad. Leuk georganiseerd diner met heerlijke gerechten. Goed ontbijt, heerlijke cappuccino Vriendelijk personeel. Leuke dorpje in de omgeving.
