The villa is located on a beautiful hill top with views across vineyards and of the local town which has good amenities e.g., restaurants and a supermarket.
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming; they serve a great breakfast each morning and nothing was too much to ask. The apartments are comfortable and impeccably clean with everything you need.
It was easy to drive between Pisa, Florence and Lucca so perfectly located for day trips out but coming back to peaceful countryside.

We really liked the Vila and its surrounding, especially the view. Everything was clean and comfy. I liked the minimalistic style of the apartment. Ladies at reception were nice and helpful. We didn't want to leave :)
The kitchen was big but not very well equipped - would be nice to have more plates, bowls, ...
Missing e.g. cleaning stuff (dishwashing liquid, sponge).
Nothing more.
