Our stay was very comfortable. Communication with the host was very good. We were 5 of us and there was enough space for us to all comfortably sleep and mingle. Checkin and checkout was easy. A nice pub right next door and a convenience store opposite made our trip very comfortable. Parking was easy. It was about a 45 min drive to Snowdon and about a 20 min or so drive to Portmadog and Portmeirion. A nice waterfall spot is also a short drive away.

The living room is a fabulous space and the location is superb for a winter stay.
The downstairs toilet is not heated and was like an ice box when we stayed. With smaller kids, I'd have been worried about the access to the door. Something to be careful about.
