Comfortable, homely and in a stunning location.

The living room is a fabulous space and the location is superb for a winter stay.

The downstairs toilet is not heated and was like an ice box when we stayed. With smaller kids, I'd have been worried about the access to the door. Something to be careful about.

Great stay in Llanbedr

It was very spacious and clean. The location was brilliant, given access to many amenities in the area.

A second shower would have been good, but we managed to stagger using the one bathroom between six of us.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a fantastic location.

Fantastic location and lovely apartment. Very comfortable. Communication excellent. 3 lovely pubs close by and very handy for snowdonia and the coast.

Only a small point, but we had to buy more toilet roll as no spares, and there was no kitchen roll, washing tablets or dishwashing tablets, which I thought would have been available at the property.

Very pleasant stay in an excellent location

Location was perfect, parking in the Victoria was only a couple of mins away, lovely little cafe right across the road for breakfast, mind you we had breakfast in the apartment a couple of mornings too. Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Brett was an excellent host, didn't meet him but he was very responsive to any messages I sent.

Just be aware that there are 2 flights of stairs, one to get to the apartment and one up to the bedrooms, so might be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. On saying that we had our 86 year old dad who uses a walking stick and he managed it slowly with our help so it wasn't a problem for us. Fan in master bedroom was not working..would have been handy as some of the nights were very warm. Also location of bins for rubbish and recycling was a bit confusing, still not sure if we put them into a neighbours own bins😱..Overall though would highly recommend this accommodation.

A gorgeous property in a gorgeous location

The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, everything we needed. Having been to Llanbedr for work twice now, I really want to come back and stay here again for a holiday!

Really nothing was wrong at all, there was a fan in the bedroom that had stopped working, but not really anything to complain about!

This is such a lovely house. The kitchen in the house has everything you need . Near you can find a few pubs with homemade food. Waterfalls, hiking, castles it Is all close to home. I highly recommend this house.

Lovely, well furnished accommodation in a really gorgeous village. A great week away.

Loved the apartment, really spacious and comfortable. Lots of great amenities in the apartment, perfect for us as a family, and the village of Llanbedr is lovely. Were able to drop off bags a little before check in time which was really helpful. Had a fabulous week.

No toilet paper when we arrived - some was brought later that night. Also no bin bags, no hairdryer, no wine glasses. Hob wasn't super easy to use and more info on recycling would have been helpful. Wasn't exceptionally clean but fine. Location wasn't what we were expecting as Harlech is named large in the listing, but isn't actually IN Harlech. But we could have found this ourselves if we'd done a bit more research.

Great stay, fab location, helpful host :)

Convenient location for Harlech and Royal St David’s golf course. Short drive to Barmouth & Porthmadog. Lovely little village location with good pub near enough next door.

Twin room beds weren’t the most comfortable but seldom is a bed other than your own.

This property is so spacious and really feels like a home away from home, was very equipped and loved the little touches ie. bread, butter and milk along with tea and coffee for our arrival.
