Loved the look and feel and decor of the property. Also the kitchen area was fabulous especially the bifold doors. Bedrooms were a good size and beds very comfortable. Also loved the main bathroom. Great location close to it Town Centre.

Cooker hob was complicated to work I had to phone Sarah who didn’t know either, then I eventually realized it had a lock on it. So for future guests it would be helpful to let them know. Towels could have been bigger as they were not bath towel size. Also crumbs down the sofa, and dust round some of the sinks and we found a few hairs on the bedding.

The house is decorated and finished to a very high standard making it a lovely space to be in. The kitchen area is particularly light, bright and newly refurbished. The beds and linen were comfortable. We heard no noise from adjacent properties and the street was quiet. The place was very clean. We were able to park outside, using the permit provided, and there was parking available, subject to restrictions in adjacent streets. The house is a 10 to 20 minute walk to all the tourist sights. Longer than the information provided indicates but easy walking on level, pretty streets. The place has three toilets which is helpful in a house that sleeps 5. Although, despite the description on booking.com only one bathroom, the 'on suite' is only a toilet. The TV had plenty of Channels and the WiFi was reliable. Overall a lovely place but there were a number of changes to the place that would have made our stay more enjoyable.

The sitting room only seats four and there were five of us staying. The sofa springs are going so it was difficult to get up off of the sofa. The description of the facilities was inaccurate stating there are two bathrooms. This has now been corrected in the advert but it was an inconvenience. The one bathroom door has no obvious way of locking it. There was no manual, although it states there is, for the kitchen appliances. The hob wasn't retaining the heat level selected on the individual rings. There are insufficient mugs (5) tumblers(4) and cutlery unless the dishwasher is used after every meal. There is a problem with the front door lock as it can only be closed using the key. Having to slam it shut must have woken up the entire terrace. No where to hang coats which sadly in our case were mostly wet. There was no fresh coffee or milk on arrival and the instant coffee was fossilised in a storage jar. The garden furniture only seats four. There was a black bag of rubbish on the pavement outside the house for the four days we stayed which we added to when we left.
