Stunning views, lovely staff, amazing breakfast!

Absolutely beautiful view from reception, pool and dining room - wow! Breakfast was brilliant. We upgraded our room and it was out of this world!

Our initial room was right beside reception so it was quite noisy in the morning or when people were checking in (the room itself was still lovely though)

The hotel is a dream. The whole ambience with the great terrace with a beautiful view in a great location. not far from the hotel are 2 top beaches : Joao Fernandes Beach and Azeda beach. Breakfast very good quality an very friendly staff.Price-performance ratio top!

Location, food quality and friendly staff.

Included breakfast should be Buffett style. Bed mattresses and pillows are poor quality. Service hours are too limited: kitchen closes at 8pm and bar at 10 pm. Property is understaffed in the evening.

Excellent view and vibes!

Amazing breakfast and view, beautiful pool and outdoor lounging area. Staff was very warm and helpful, great access to the main sidewalk to town. Coffee/tea machine available at all times!

Rooms themselves are basic but very clean and bathroom also very clean.

this made the 4th time i have stayed at your hotel... i love it... i was to get a room with a balcony but got ocean view instead, i would have liked having the choice if that is what i wanted, since i reserved a balcony room... the breakfast is not buffet style, i miss that... the staff are all very nice.. i love your location and your hotel... thanks..

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff, great facilities and in a perfect location.

The room was gorgeous with an incredible view over the sea - our shower even had a panoramic view of the sea and town. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful, giving us maps of the beaches, making great cocktails for us and doing everything they could to make our stay the best. Breakfast was tasty, the pool area was lovely and the food we had was also really decent - we had some steaks when we arrived and they were delicious.

The view from the pool is really nice and the overall ambiance is calming. And the staff is on point.

The king bed was literally two twin beds taped together in the middle, so everytime I rolled over the seam I woke up. Also, my room was beneath or next to the kitchen, so when breakfast prep started at 6 am, there was no more sleeping. I just walked around until breakfast started at 8am because there was nothing else to do. And the banging and scraping and sweeping from the kitchen was constant.

I would like to receive the reservation amount.

Perfect location and beautiful view from the pousada.

We paid 50% upfront. During check in they made a reservation. During check out we paid everything again and got explained that the amount paid during check in was just a reservation fee. We have still not received the money back after 1 month and the pousada refuses to answer mail and WhatsApp. Very hard to communicate in English with the staff.

Perfect location, wonderful view from the terrace, many comfy sitting areas around the pool. The rooms are more than functional and the people very helpful.

Sadly some of the corridors had a dampened smell and you could see that they have (had) a water leakage in the walls. Our room, though comfy and with a wonderful view, had such stains everywhere on the walls. Other than that very clean and tidy.

Nice location but not clean

The view and the location. Wonderful breakfast!

The room wasn’t clean. The floor was so dirty with many hairs from the last guests and also we found a dirty socks next the bed probably from the last guest also. We are in a pandemic and cleanness is the most important for me specially inside the room. We have to ask to clean the room next day and Beatriz really helped us with that.

Excellent value for money. Great views. Good facilities in and around the hotel.

Location is perfect on the Orla Bardot close to many good restaurants and cafés. The Pousada has a spiral staircase from the pool area down to the Orla so you don't need to take a long walk around the other side. Breakfast was very complete and very generous! Staff were very attentive and welcoming.

Shower was a little bit weak! I like a powerful shower but apart from that we can't fault the Pousada.
