Gorgeous!!!

This is a special place. The location is perfect — close enough to the city center to walk but far enough for peace and quiet. The decor and architecture is stunning. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful and thoughtful in every way.

Our room could’ve been cleaned slightly more each day, there was some trash that wasn’t collected. I was also slightly let down by the two hotel restaurants, but they were still worth trying.

Exceptional service from all the staff. So many little touches of luxury and service made our stay unforgettable. Food in both restaurants was amazing and the best breakfast we have ever had.

A fantastic end to our stay in Brazil - would highly recommend.

The hotel was beautiful with stunning views from the restaurant and sun lounger area. The food was always delicious and we loved the 'no plastic' and recycling ethos. The beaming smile from Ariel at breakfast every morning was a delight. The overriding factor that made our stay so enjoyable was the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff especially Gabriel for whom nothing was too much trouble.

A slice of paradise

It’s stunning. Spotlessly clean, really classy. The pool is small but heated and the views from the restaurant are just gorgeous. This is a 5 star hotel at its very best.

Kind of run down. Hotel customer service & accountability is lacking.

The room & the view.

The Presidential Suite had a Jacuzzi tub because it had jets. It wouldn't work and even sent maintenance to fix. It could not be fixed. Then hotel staff tell me it isn't a Jacuzzi tub but a soaker tub. Full Gaslighting & putting back on me that Booking.com did not say it was a jacuzzi tub. Nonsense & took no responsibility for the situation. It has jets and an "On" button, of which even the maintenance man tried to fix! It's a Jacuzzi tub! And in the top tier room the hotel has. Zero accountability. Also, the hotel is a bit run down. Dead plants, bad & rotten wood. This hotel needs attention!

Very nice get-away!

Our stay at Casas Brancas was fantastic! Very nice hotel and facilities, and very friendly and helpful staff. We loved the breakfast with the amazing ocean view. The room was clean and huge, great gym and yoga for options to work out, spa for a relaxing massage as well as two nice on-site restaurants. We also got a pick up from and to Rio arranged by the hotel which we can highly recommend. Thanks for making our stay so memorable!

Our room was immediately below the dining room so a bit noisy with the sound of chairs scraping. It didn't ruin our holiday as it was late in the season and the hotel was not busy. It might be troublesome at peak season.

Amazing hotel in Buzios with outstanding views and the best breakfast ever

Amazing location with beautiful interior design, great food (especially outstanding breakfast that had the best pao de queijo I have ever had in my life), staff granted every wish, the views were marvelous and the room was spacious/well decorated

Bed was a bit small and not the most comfortable due to a mattress protector...perhaps without that everything would have been solved. But this is a complaint on a very very high level

loved the decor, view and staff were super friendly. love the entire sustainability approach.

i thought the toiletries were a bit ‘disappointing’ for the level of the hotel. there was just a nice occitane hand bar but the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were not up to the standards of the hotel. both appearance and quality of the product :)
